Crawl Information and Registration

To Our Potential Artists and Guests,

Please take the time needed to read this information over very carefully as we are dealing with tight timelines and print closure times.

The “products” that we are presenting to the Waukesha and surrounding public is an ART CRAWL.

This means that our offerings are of an “artistic nature” and may NOT include “items purchased for resale” or other items of a “non-artistic nature”. If you have questions or concerns about the qualification of your products, please contact us AHEAD of time as the “Jury Fees” are non-refundable.

Once your products are juried and accepted, there will be NO REFUNDS unless the event is cancelled by the Waukesha West End Artists. (Remember - we are in Wisconsin and weather related activities will NOT be cause for cancellation of the event.)

In no way will the Waukesha West End Artists be held responsible for any lack of sales, lack of viewers, or the weather, or it’s effects on the scheduled event, or not.

We, (Waukesha West End Artists) will make every effort to advertise the Waukesha West End Art Crawl as a whole to the community and to direct our attendees to the Visiting Artists areas.

This is a great and fun event for those that participate in a friendly, happy and positive manner.

As always we are looking for encouragement, new ideas and constructive criticism as to improve our offerings to the Waukesha Area.
