Improving the Art Image in the Waukesha Area:
Affordable Art
Studios/Gallery Space Available!
This is one of the greatest
opportunities in the growing Arts District of Historic Downtown
Waukesha. You and your Art will want to be involved in Riverfront
Gallery/Studios as this is a very Historic Wood Pattern Factory
building located at
521 Wisconsin Ave, Waukesha.
The site is currently open 7 days a week with one
of the largest Antique displays in the SE Wisconsin / Waukesha area.
The SPRINGS building is
11,000 sf,
on two floors and has approximately 158
ft. of river frontage directly on The Fox River, overlooking
Waukesha City Park land across the river. We offer a very high
visibility location, with parking on site and more things to come.
This building was home to 3 springs long ago and
is thus appropriately being named Springs Gallery, part of a
developing concept that is named Springs Artisan Village.
A mix of Art, Antiques, and
future Restaurant are being planned for this site.
Upscale
condos are being developed directly across the street and in
neighboring property cool Art Condos are being planned.
It is along the very popular Drumalin Bike Trail
Path.
Bring on your dream!
Space Now Available for: Art Gallery, Art Studios, Restaurant,
